JUNGMAVEN was born from simplicity and sustainability. In the early 90s, JUNGMAVEN founder Robert Jungmann became passionate about ending clear-cut logging practices that devastate the planet – and recognized that hemp cultivation offered a solution to this issue, as well as to many other environmental concerns. At the time, hemp wasn’t seen as a fashion material, and Rob’s idea of designing a high-quality hemp T-shirt came from his desire for the industry and the public to acknowledge hemp’s enormous potential to heal the planet and become a fashionable textile.
