Universal Works produces contemporary clothing. The company’s first collection was launched in 2009. David Keyte (co-founder, director, and designer of UW) worked from his kitchen table with the aim of creating authentic and honest clothing based on cut and good design, but never too much. David’s work reads like a description of the company’s DNA. Universal Works focuses on blending ideas, understanding heritage and context, while addressing contemporary needs and aesthetics.
