The Chamba collection by Indigena represents pure Colombian craftsmanship. The village of La Chamba is known for its 300 year old clay work and its ancestral techniques. This collection is proof of the handiwork of many artisans, and above all the rediscovery of healthy cooking: the clay pots allow cooking with less fat, less liquid, and therefore more flavor for a tender and tasty result. The dish goes directly from the oven to the table with elegance.
